Be warned that while setting up an activesync partnership, you might loose all your contacts after the first synchronization.
This is almost a joke but it happened to me twice.

Example of the microsoft intelligence:
ActiveSync sees that it has to synchronize two computers.
One computer (your desktop PC) does not contain any contacts data at all.
The other computer (the phone) has about 200 contacts in the address book.
The programmers of Microsoft have put the intelligence so that activeSync can decide what to do....
And the decision from ActiveSync is ...... to delete all contacts data from the phone in order to achive a "synchronization".
Deletion happens without the slightest warning.

Well done Microsoft !
