Be warned that while setting up an activesync partnership, you might loose all your contacts after the first synchronization.
This is almost a joke but it happened to me twice.

I have a WM6 device with activesync 4.5 on two computers.
I was able to sync to both computers; between the three devices. This worked for a long time.

htc touch - usb device not recognized wm6

I connected my htc touch wm6 to the PC via the usb cable and the ActiveSync "connect to" screen on HTC poped up (as usually) but it stuck there without managing to connect.

When I plug the earphones on HTC touch, the ring sounds and the new SMS sound alerts are played on the earphones instead of the

I plug the earphones in order to reduce the radiation of the phone while in use.

Where can I get a newer WM6.1 ROM for HTC touch?

HTC has recently released a new ROM, without mentioning if it is Windows Mobile 6.1
You have to register to the htc club, go to download and enter your HTC touch serial number.

Pocket Word has a serious bug in Windows Mobile 6 and may give you this error:
