Google docs (Free)

Google Docs ( http://documents.google.com )
Free web-based word processor and spreadsheet, which allow you share and collaborate online.

Google Docs can help a group of people collaboratevely create, edit and share documents. Documents are edited with online tools without the need for microsoft office.

I stopped using google docs when I noticed that it would not allow me to upload pdf files.
(probably because the online document tools cannot edit them)
